Shipping policy

Shipping Rate and Delivery Estimates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking:  

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number should be active within 24 hours.

 

Domestic Shipping Policy: 

All orders are processed within 7-14 business days. Standard ground shipping takes 10-20 days to be processed and delivered. For domestic orders, we offer Next Day AirShipping options at checkout. International shipping takes an estimated 15 -20business days to be processed and delivered. Orders will not be shipped out or delivered on weekends and holidays.

 

Damage: 

ECHOMESTORE is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim
